Most event rental companies only share prices after you ask for a quote. Ours are right here, the same for everyone, with delivery, setup and pickup in the GTA included.

Why do you publish your prices?
So you can budget before you ask. Most event rental companies only share prices after a quote request. Ours are the same for everyone, and the quote we send you uses these numbers.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before HST.
Is it cheaper for a one-day event?
Yes. Both ways to rent are priced for the first day, with a smaller charge for each extra day, up to 5 days. A hosted B24 is $695 for one day and $995 for three. A pay-per-use B24 station fee is $295 for one day and $445 for three.
How long can we keep the stations?
Up to 5 days per event, including delivery before and pickup after. Longer events are quoted, so send your dates.
What if guests don't return the power banks?
With a hosted rental, you choose: turn on a tap-to-pay deposit that's released when the power bank comes back, or leave it off and cover any that go missing at $45 each. With pay-per-use, guests are charged if a power bank isn't returned.
Do you deliver outside the GTA?
Delivery, setup and pickup are included across the GTA. For venues further out, tell us where in your quote request and we'll quote the travel.
When is branding artwork due?
Wrap and power bank artwork is due 10 business days before the event. Send your logo and we prepare the artwork and send a proof. A sponsor screen can be changed closer to the date.
