What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email, phone number, company, event details and any notes. We use it only to prepare your quote and plan your event.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to see how people find this site and which ads lead to quote requests. These tools use cookies. You can decline them in the notice at the bottom of the page, and visitors in Quebec, the UK and the EU are only measured after they accept.

Who we share it with

Quote requests are delivered to our inbox through Formspree. We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and event records as long as we need them to serve you and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
