Conference charging station rentals in Toronto and the GTA

Attendees grab a charged power bank at registration, keep their phone alive through every session and drop it back on the way out.

Why conferences need it

The event app, the badge scans and the agenda all live on attendees' phones. When phones die, people leave.

  • They keep moving

Power banks go into sessions and networking with attendees, so nobody misses a talk standing next to a wall outlet.

  • They stay to the end

A charged phone means fewer early exits before the closing keynote.

  • Sponsors get seen all day

Stations at registration and in the lounges carry a sponsor's logo in front of every attendee who borrows.

Where conference stations go

We plan placement with you from your floor plan, so stations sit where attendees already gather.

Sell charging as a sponsorship

Wrap the stations in a sponsor's logo and add charging to your sponsorship deck. Attendees seek it out, and the sponsor can cover the whole rental.

Recommended setup for conferences

Hosted, paid by a sponsor. For large public conferences, turn on the tap-to-pay deposit to keep every power bank coming back. Compare the two ways to rent.

Conferences FAQ

More answers on the main FAQ, or email info@fullbar.ca.

How many charging stations does a conference need?

It depends on attendance, event hours and how spread out the venue is. Send your expected attendance and a floor plan if you have one, and we'll recommend a number in your quote.

Can a sponsor cover the cost?

Yes. With a hosted rental, a sponsor can pay for the stations and have their logo on them, and attendees borrow power banks for free.

Should we turn on the deposit?

For large or public conferences, a tap-to-pay deposit helps make sure power banks come back. For smaller invite-only events, you might leave it off and cover the odd missing one.

Do you handle multi-day conferences?

Yes. Returned power banks recharge in the stations through the day and overnight, so they're ready each morning. Send your dates and venue rules and we'll plan around them.
