Phone charging stations for weddings and private parties in Toronto
Guests grab a charged power bank, keep taking photos through the speeches and the last dance, and drop it back on the way out.
Why couples add it
More photos from your guests, and fewer early goodbyes.
-
More guest photos
Guest photos and videos fill the moments your photographer can't cover. They only happen if phones still have power.
-
Phones stay with guests
Power banks go in a pocket or a clutch, so nobody leaves their phone charging on a wall across the room.
-
It fits your décor
Stations can match your colours, with your names, your monogram or your wedding hashtag.
Where wedding stations go
We work with you, your planner or the venue to find spots guests will see without cluttering the room.
- Welcome table, next to the guestbook
- Beside the bar
- Lounge seating away from the dance floor
- By the exit, so guests return power banks on the way out
Designed for your day
Add your names, your monogram, your wedding hashtag or your party's theme to the stations. For milestone birthdays, galas and anniversaries, we can match the event's look too.
Recommended setup for weddings
Hosted, so charging is a gift to your guests. Leave the deposit off for an intimate wedding, or turn it on for a large reception. Compare the two ways to rent.
Weddings FAQ
More answers on the main FAQ, or email info@fullbar.ca.
Can the station match our wedding colours?
Yes. We can design the station with your colours, names, monogram or hashtag. Mention it in your quote request and we'll plan the design with you.
Do guests have to pay or leave a deposit?
Only if you want them to. With a hosted rental, guests borrow free. You can turn on a tap-to-pay deposit that's released when the power bank comes back.
Do you set up before guests arrive?
Yes. We arrive before doors open and coordinate with your venue or planner, so you never have to think about it on the day.
Do you do private parties too?
Yes. Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, galas, bar and bat mitzvahs and other celebrations across the GTA.
